- You may check your HCPS email for an email from Parchment that contains your registration code and how to create your account OR email your school counselor and request your registration code.
- Once you have your registration code, log into the Tucker Parchment page at https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/197994/account and follow the directions below.

For Graduates:
Immediately upon graduation or withdrawal, the record request will be handled by the Office of Records Management. Schools cannot process graduate transcripts.
All requests for student records / information will be submitted and paid for online. Fax requests will no longer be accepted.
· Students records graduation year 2016 and earlier use Scribbles
· Student records graduation year 2017 and beyond use Parchment
· Charges will apply when ordering student records for alumni.
· Current June graduates are able to order transcripts from their last school of attendance at no charge until July 31. After that date, you will be charged as an alumni.
· Please allow 10 business days to process student record orders.
· Requests for information must be completed online and will be processed during normal business days (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM). During the summer, normal business days are Monday through Thursday.
